By accessing, browsing, registering for, or interacting with the website prismquestgames.com, our proprietary WebGL gaming experiences, or related services (collectively, the 'Platform'), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). These Terms constitute a legally enforceable agreement between you and PrismQuest LLC ('PrismQuest', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), a corporate entity situated at 1825 Market Center Blvd #388, Dallas, TX 75207. If you do not consent to every provision contained herein, you must immediately terminate access to the Platform.

The Platform and its catalog of in-house proprietary social games are strictly intended for adults who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in your specific jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Persons under the age of 18 are expressly forbidden from accessing, playing, or attempting to submit inquiries through the Platform. By confirming your age at entry and interacting with our services, you warrant that you satisfy this age qualification. PrismQuest LLC reserves the unreserved right to request age documentation and immediately block access where age eligibility is not verified.

PrismQuest Games is an independent game development studio and entertainment portal. The Platform operates strictly on a free-to-play social gaming model. We do not provide, operate, or facilitate real-money gambling, cash wagering, or real-money gaming of any classification. No real currency is required to access our games, and no real currency, prizes, or items possessing monetary value can ever be won, cashed out, or redeemed as a consequence of gameplay. Gameplay success or elevated scores within our social titles do not simulate, represent, or imply future success at real-money gambling venues.

All credits, coins, gems, meters, or points displayed or accumulated within our in-house proprietary games are purely simulated virtual items intended solely for in-browser visual feedback, scoring, and entertainment. Virtual credits have zero cash value, cannot be sold, traded, bartered, or transferred outside the Platform, and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, legal tender, gift cards, or tangible commodities. PrismQuest LLC reserves the unilateral authority to adjust, refill, reset, or modify virtual balances at any time without notice or liability.

Every game title featured on the Platform—including but not limited to Prism Outback: Opal Horizons, Neon Aurora Rush, Coral Reef Treasures, Solaris Prime, and our in-house titles—alongside all game mechanics, mathematics, PrismEngine code, graphics, vector artwork, animation rigs, sound effects, musical arrangements, and trademarks, is the sole and exclusive intellectual property of PrismQuest LLC. No license, title, or ownership right is transferred to any player. Any unauthorized reproduction, decompression, decompilation, scraping, or mirroring of our games is strictly prohibited.

PrismQuest LLC offers custom social game development, mathematical modeling, and audiovisual asset creation to prospective business partners and commercial clients. Any development proposals, scoping discussions, or technical briefs submitted via our lead forms or to [email protected] do not create a binding partnership or obligation until a formal, written Master Services Agreement (MSA) is executed by authorized corporate officers. All proprietary engine techniques disclosed during consultations remain the proprietary trade secrets of PrismQuest LLC.

You agree to utilize the Platform solely for lawful, non-commercial personal entertainment. You agree not to: (a) employ automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract game content or simulate play; (b) probe, scan, or breach platform security architectures; (c) introduce malicious software, viruses, or disruptive scripts; (d) misrepresent your identity or submit fraudulent lead inquiries; (e) frame or hotlink our WebGL assets without written authorization; or (f) interfere with other players' enjoyment or the integrity of our server operations.

Our games are driven by cryptographically audited Pseudo-Random Number Generation (PRNG) algorithms designed to deliver authentic, mathematically balanced social casino and arcade outcomes. Any attempt to manipulate, alter, intercept, or exploit memory states, client network payloads, or canvas execution cycles to skew spin results constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent banning.

The Platform, games, content, and services are provided strictly on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any variety, express, statutory, or implied. PrismQuest LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous server availability, error-free code execution, or device compatibility. We do not warrant that our games will operate uninterrupted or free of transient visual or audio anomalies.

To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, in no event shall PrismQuest LLC, its directors, developers, employees, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, loss of goodwill, device malfunction, or emotional distress arising out of or related to your access to or inability to access our free social games, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PrismQuest LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or legal expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or connected with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights; or (c) your misuse of our Platform or interactive lead forms.

Where you access our Platform from Australia, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) that cannot be lawfully excluded. To the extent permitted by law, PrismQuest LLC's liability for failure to comply with a non-excludable guarantee is limited to the resupply of the relevant services or refunding amounts paid, which for our free-to-play social platform equals zero dollars.

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation. If informal resolution fails within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration conducted in Dallas, Texas, with both parties waiving rights to class action proceedings.

PrismQuest LLC reserves the discretionary right, without prior notification or liability, to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to all or part of the Platform for conduct that violates these Terms, harms our studio reputation, infringes intellectual property, or compromises system integrity. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease.

We reserve the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms at our discretion. Any modifications become effective immediately upon posting to prismquestgames.com with an updated revision date. Your continued interaction with the Platform following the publication of updated Terms signifies your unequivocal acceptance of the amended terms.
